have a servant quarter and car parking facility. Garage may be there in few
cases. Telephone is easy to get. In Power cut zones,

own generators. Permission for this from the owner is generally granted.
Painting and Polishing is done by the owners in most of the cases. Owner does
not do any painting during the currency of the lease.
