Super Area/Carpet Area
Most
of the Commercial spaces now days are sold and Leased on the basis of
Super Area. Super area includes all the spaces i.e. Carpet area, common
areas (staircase, lobby, landings, entrance , fire escape etc.) and wall
thickness. Depending upon the building, Super Area can vary between 25 %
to 43 %. For example if the area quoted is 100 Sq. Mts. as Super Area,
then Carpet Area will be between 57 to 75 Sq. Mts.
