Further South, is the area of Panchshil Park. This is divided into two blocks - North
and South. It’s neighbouring colonies are Anand Lok, Gulmohar Park, Niti Bagh, Geetanjali Enclave, Hauz Khas, Padmini Enclave. All these colonies are popular with
Ex-patriates though as second choice as most of the Ex-patriates want to live in Vasant
Vihar and its surrounding colonies.Still further South is the area of Friends Colony,
Maharani Bagh, New Friends Colony. These are adjacent colonies. Though this area offers a
very good selection in quality housing, gracious living, large spaces, it still continues
to be a second choice for most Ex-patriates on account of its distance to the Airport and
School.
