Check List of Documents which are/may be required to be submitted for
Approval of Building Plan depending upon the size and nature of the
proposed project.
1. Application form (Form 1: Form for first application to erect ,Re-erect
or to make material alteration in any place in a building
2. Statement of the proposal and certification by the Owner and Registered
Architect.
3. Ownership Document : Lease Deed/Sale Deed/NOC from Competent Authority.
4. Time extension up to the date of submission of proposal from Lease
Administration Branch DDA /Competent Authority. (in case of leasehold
plots)
5. Indemnity Bond in case of proposal for construction of Basement.
(Indemnity bond for basement absolving MCD of all liabilities)
6. Affidavit under Section 29 (1), Delhi Development Act, 1957.
7. Undertaking for payment of balance peripheral charges in case Group IV,
Cooperative House Building Society.
8. Undertaking for non-stacking of building material on public
property/road in case of plot measuring more than 418 sq. mtr. in area.
9. Certificate from the Secretary of the Cooperative House Building
Society that all the damages etc. to the service shall be made good by the
Society before handing over service to Govt. Agency and no stacking
charges are leviable.
10. Affidavit for plots up to 500sq.m.in area. (Urban Land Ceiling Act.)
11. Indemnity Bond for plots up to 500sq.m. in area. (Urban Land Ceiling
Act.)
12. Supervision Certificate (For supervision-I) (By Licensed
Architect/Engineer)
12. Supervision Certificate (For supervision-I) (By Licensed
Architect/Engineer)
13. Supervision Certificate (For supervision-II) (By
Licensed Plumber/Enginner)
14. Specifications of the proposed construction. (Forms for specification
of proposed buildings)
15. Copy of the valid Registration Certificate of the Architect from the
Council of Architecture.
16. Approval from Chief Fire Officer, Delhi Fire Service in case where
height of the building is more than 15m.
17. Approval from Civil Aviation Department in case where the height of
the building is more than 15m.
18. Four sets of building plans (including one set cloth mounted)
19. Previous sanctioned/Completion plans (in case of revised proposal )
